Delivery & Returns

Delivery 

We strive to process your orders as quickly as possible and to deliver the selected garments to you on time. Our delivery times are Monday - Saturday from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. For delivery the next day you can order Monday - Saturday until 23:59. For same day delivery, delivery times are Monday - Saturday from 8:00am to 11:00am. Please ensure you provide the correct delivery information to avoid delays or misunderstandings. Additional shipping fees may apply for shipping, which will be communicated to you during the ordering process.

After 48 hours, our driver will come to you between 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. to collect the rented clothes. We expect you to return the items in the same condition as you received them. You don't have to wash them because we take care of the cleaning.

You can extend the rental period at any time, just contact our customer service. You would be charged an additional cost for extending the rental period depending on how long you wish to keep the garment.

However, if damage has occurred to a garment, we will have to charge you an additional cost.  Stains and dirt on the garments are exempt and you do not have to pay anything extra in such situations.

compensation

By using our rental services and accepting the rental agreement, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any damage or loss to the rented items during the rental period. In the event of damage or loss, you are legally required to refund us the value of the item concerned.

The amount of compensation for damage or loss will be determined based on the current market value of the item at the time of the incident. We reserve the right to assess the extent of any damage or loss and issue you with an invoice for the appropriate compensation.

If the damaged item can be repaired, you may be required to pay the repair costs. If the item is irreparable or lost, you are responsible for a full refund of the replacement value.

We encourage you to take proper care of the rented items to minimize the risk of damage or loss. In the event of damage or loss, we ask that you notify us immediately and cooperate fully in clarifying the matter.
